During the third quarter of the Super Bowl, Verizon leaked J Balvin’s phone number, prompting fans to engage with him via text - proving that Verizon’s network can’t be broken.

We designed and implemented an experience where users engaged in live conversations with an AI rendition of J Balvin. Conversing in both Spanish and English, we meticulously trained the J Balvin AI to mirror his tone, language style, and even his sense of humor, for rewarding exchanges with his fans.
