Ambient Generator

A browser-based tool for creating generative ambient soundscapes in real time, built entirely with the Web Audio API. It layers noise generators, melodic sequences, a kick drum synthesizer, and audio clip playback into a single mixing environment — no plugins or downloads, just a browser tab.

The noise module blends white, pink, and brown noise with an optional beach wave effect that modulates amplitude to simulate ocean surf. The melody generator produces evolving tonal sequences using selectable scales and configurable note density. Master effects — reverb, delay, and filtering — shape the final output, and a built-in recording feature captures the mix as a downloadable audio file.
